Delivery Charges

Delivery charges on all UK internet orders will be charged dependent on size and weight, these are as follows:

• Parcels up to 1kg will be charged as first class recorded mail.
  A signature will therefore be required on delivery.
• Parcels between 1-5kg will be sent via Courier at the rate of £5.00.
• Parcels between 5-8kg will be sent via Courier at the rate of £5.30.
• Parcels between 8-14kg will be sent via Courier at the rate of £6.50.
• Parcels between 14-20kg will be sent via Courier at the rate of £7.50.

Please by aware that all parcels sent to Northern Ireland, Isle on Man & the Scottish Isles weighing over 1kg will be subject to a surcharge of £15.00.

How long does delivery take?

Packages will be despatched either the same day or next day (depending on the time of ordering) and will go either First Class Recorded mail or via Courier. Items sent by first class recorded mail should be with you within 1-2 working days and items sent by Courier should be with you the next day.

What happens if I miss the couriers delivery?

If you are out when our courier calls, don't worry, they will leave you a card to say that they have called. You can contact them and re-arrange your delivery for another time or collect your parcel from your local depot if that is more convenient. You will have up to 5 days to re-arrange your delivery or to collect it before it will then be sent back to us. Please note that you will be charged delivery again to re-send your goods once they have come back to us and delivery will be charged at the same rate as invoiced previous.
