Terms and Conditions

1. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance at our Milton Keynes office.
2. BodyGuard warrants to the buyer that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship, but limits its obligations under this warranty to replacement of products.
3. If you require Bespoke orders such as your company logo etc. you will need to contact us on 01908 218400 to provide full details and a company purchase order. Any Bespoke products are not returnable and therefore not refundable unless there is a fault as these products cannot be re sold.
4. All prices exclude VAT (unless otherwise stated), charged at the current rate at invoicing.
5. Bodyguard reserves the right to charge for re-delivery if the courier returns the items because the customer has not made reasonable effort to receive or collect their goods.
